Old CHANGE-IT with pin new CHANGE-IT with tube

With the new XC poles from winter 2024/25 we introduce an update on the CHANGE IT system.

The new system will have a tube ( glued to the shaft) instead of the old clip/ metal pin.

Reason for the update:

We were facing sometimes breakages of the shaft/ pin, mainly during roller skiing which resulted in broken shaft ends.

Important to know:

• -The old CHANGE-IT baskets/ Roller tips to not fit to the new
• Tube system as the diameter is slightly bigger.
• It means the new poles from 2024/25 need as spareparts the new CHANGE-IT baskets ( Tube system)
• -We still carry the old baskets in stock for re orders
• -The new baskets are availible from this season.

Practical issues:

• -The new CHANGE-IT basket comes with an extra tube, which can be glued with hot melt glue to all old shafts ( remove the pin/clip and glue the new tube)
• -The new tube offers a 100% perfect fit for the basket or roller tip, so that the shaft ends are perfect protected.
