Developed with input from World Tour athletes, the Bliz Omega delivers cool, comfortable protection. Its highly ventilated polycarbonate shell is made with a lightweight EPS core and adjustable cradle to wrap and protect your valuable brain securely. Our Max -Airflow Ventilation System alters air flows within and around the helmet based on your speed for better ventilation and cooling. The Omega has an outer shell made of polycarbonate for its high impact resistance.
2. EPS Core
The Bliz OMEGA wraps your head in a high impact resistance EPS core to best absorb the impact of any unfortunate collisions.
3. Airflow Ventilation System™
Bliz’s own Airflow Ventilation System was developed using low and high-speed fluid dynamics studies to deliver ideal airflow rates that vary within and around the helmet at every speed. The result is a helmet that delivers pleasant and effective ventilation for increased comfort and safety.
4. Adjustable strap
The Adjustable ear and chin strap allow for great fit and increased comfort.
5. 2-way size adjustment
You can adjust your helmets wrap to make it smaller or larger. You can also adjust how it wraps your neck up and down for a comfortable and secure fit.

A very versatile helmet for the warmer months
The Omega is my go-to Bliz helmet once the temperatures come up, and is perfectly suited for training or racing road, gravel, cyclocross or XC MTB. Like the Zonar, the build quality punches well above its price point. It feels solid and thoughtfully designed, with great materials and a finish that wouldn’t be out of place next to much more expensive helmets. Ventilation is outstanding, making it especially well suited to warmer months and harder efforts. Fit is secure and confidence-inspiring, and once again Bliz does a great job with eyewear integration. The Omega also stands out for its looks—it’s a genuinely good-looking helmet with a clean, modern profile that works across disciplines. Fit notes: Compared to the Zonar, the Omega has slightly more internal volume and a slightly rounder fit. It still lives in the neutral range, just a touch more forgiving side-to-side. If the Zonar felt a bit snug or on the oval side for you, the Omega is likely the better match while keeping that same dialed Bliz feel.

Very nice helmet, fits true to size. The padding on the chinstrap is a nice feature. Would like to see a MIPS version
