ANNOUNCEMENT: Enjoy Winter Factory Team and Pathletics Factory Team Join Forces

EnjoyWinter is thrilled to announce a new partnership between its Factory Team and the Pathletics Factory Team, uniting their efforts to expand ski marathon racing opportunities and deepen community engagement for America’s post-collegiate cross-country skiers.

Founded by EnjoyWinter—America’s largest independent importer and distributor of cross-country ski equipment—the EnjoyWinter Factory Team (formerly the Subaru Factory Team) is dedicated to connecting with the U.S. ski community at the marathons that fuel skiers’ passions.

For the 24/25 season, EnjoyWinter teamed up with Nordic Team Solutions (NTS) coaching services to launch the EnjoyWinter NTS Factory Team. These professional athletes inspire year-round, through community clinics, social media, and SkiPost, EnjoyWinter’s weekly newsletter on Nordic racing, training, and travel.

The Pathletics Factory Team, created by elite racers Andrew Millán and Tony Mathie, supports dedicated skiers balancing their love for competition with careers, education, and life's other demands. It offers elite racing opportunities and a flexible, empowering training environment to help athletes thrive both on and off the trails.

For the 25/26 season and beyond the Factory Team will be sponsored by EnjoyWinter, Pathletics and Nordic Team Solutions. The expanded Factory Team welcomes U.S. based racers eager to pursue cross-country ski marathons.

The program offers two tiers:

● Professional Tier: A select group of full-time athletes training, racing, and engaging with the ski community. Factory Team Pro athletes will receive training stipends, travel support, community involvement bonuses, EnjoyWinter brand equipment, and race-day services at key events.

● Ambassador Tier: Open to passionate part-time racers for a $100 membership fee and a one-time uniform purchase. Factory Team Ambassadors received 60-70% discounts on EnjoyWinter gear, event race service additional race support options, race housing coop possibilities, some event discounts, community involvement bonuses and teammates.

We want to make a distinction between our Factory Racing Teams, which provide racing and training support to post-collegiate skiers, and our "Athlete Force" which provides individualized gear/brand sponsorship to athletes of all levels.
