Introducing Marathon Training Plans from Factory Team Member Annika Landis!
It’s that time of year to start thinking about getting ready for ski season! While many of you have already been training or preparing to some degree over the summer, you might be starting to look forward to the races penciled (or penned) into your winter calendar. At Enjoy Winter, we want to be the one-stop-shop for everything you need to be successful ski season after ski season. This upcoming 24/25 season, I will be offering training plans and personalized coaching to help you have your best marathon season yet. With multiple plans available, there is something for everyone: whether you need a training plan to help keep you accountable, or you are trying to go all in to win the Birkie. I have created standard (but not basic!) plans for most of the major US marathons, with options for multi-race or fully personalized plans. Each plan is designed to accommodate a wide range of experience, training background, and lifestyles, but will work best for people with some experience using a training plan. I have experience racing most of the major US marathons, and 15 years racing competitively so I know what training (and beyond!) is required for you to tackle each course with confidence. I can provide you with the guidance and tools to build fitness and dial in your race strategy, so don’t miss out on this opportunity to take your performance to the next level!

1. Periodized 10(+)-Week Training Plan: Each training plan accommodates a wide range of fitness levels, and is tailored to the distance and terrain of the marathon you are targeting. Each plan is periodized over 10 weeks, and includes detailed daily training AND a strength plan. If you would like a fully personalized plan, you will also have access to personalized adjustments, coach feedback, technique review, and more!
