Annual NNF Summer Auction Coming Up Monday, July 8th-15th

The National Nordic Foundation’s (NNF) annual summer auction is coming up, this year taking place Monday, July 8th-15th. Our summer auction is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for skiers and supporters across the country to contribute to US Skiing’s success while taking a piece of it home.

Marquee items in this year’s auction include:

● Apparel: Worn and signed US Ski Team jackets, shirts, and hats from your favorite Olympians and World Cup athletes.

● Skiing experiences: A chance to book your trip to some of the best nordic destinations in the country, including the Bend, Oregon, Northeast Kingdom in Vermont, and the Methow Valley in Washington.

● Creative work: Artwork from the talented creatives in the US ski community. ● …and much more!

All proceeds from the NNF summer auction go directly towards funding our Pillar Projectsthis season, includingour summer programming, Junior World Championships, the U18 Nordic Nation’s Cup, and the Trail to Gold Coaching Grant. Last year’s summer auction raised over $30,000 towards a successful winter in 2023-24 that saw milestones for US skiers at all these Pillar Projects, and we are confident that the US ski community can come together again around lifting our developing athletes up to their full potential next winter!

Call for Items: our goal this year is to receive one item from each of the ten ski regions in theU.S. Here are some ideas to get you thinking: a technique clinic with a well-known coach; a piece of beautiful local jewelry; local artwork; a few days and nights in a house in your area;guided trips (climbing, fishing, heli-skiing, backcountry adventure); race entries coupled withhousing; a club jacket; a vintage piece of ski gear or memorabilia.
