Biography: Quite a rollercoaster of a career Jesse Andringa has had. Jesse made the US Ski Team when he was 20 years old, and is shooting for the Winter Olympics in 2022. While he is a 2x National Champion in Freestyle Moguls and Dual Moguls, and the fastest mogul skier in the world, it has not come easy. Jesse has sustained four season ending injuries, and had three surgeries to repair such injuries. Each injury, seemily only to make him stronger and more determined. Jesse sustained an ankle injury in February, 2021, fully tearing three ligaments and dislocating a couple tendons. Already back on snow after surgery, Jesse pushes himself daily to get back and be better than ever, so he can compete at the Winter Games."These injuries have made me realize that finding a perfect balance of hard work and enjoying yourself is what life is about," Jesse explained. Outside of skiing, Jesse is a master of multiple other hobbies that keep him busy. He is a professional film photographer, passionate pianist, mobbing mountain biker, avid angler, cutthroat coffee drinker, and the "coolest guy in school". The guy is also wicked smart, getting his BS degree in computer science at the same time he skis professionally. "I am not the brightest, but I am definitely the brightest that goes to school," Jesse says modestly. Jesse is always the top of his class. Jesse will be traveling the world training and competing the next 6 months to get a shot at an Olympic start and an Olympic Medal. Good luck Jesse!
